1. Name of post: Freelance Soft Skills Trainer

Nos of Post: Assam - 10, other North East states 2 each

Pay/ stipend: Hourly basis with accommodation, Travel for Offline batch.

Role & Responsibility:

# The trainer will primarily be responsible for imparting Employability Skill training among fresh graduates or Final year students who are about to graduate from rural or semi urban socio-economically weak backgrounds.

# The trainer shall use the readily designed training content module of 100 hours on certification by TCS, in (a) class room led training or (b) virtually instructor led training program on digital platform (remote) or (c)both in Phygital mode. The training consists mostly of communicative English, Maths, analytical reasoning and corporate etiquette.

# The trainer would have to be present at the location where the training is arranged in physical mode, hence be ready to travel and be mobile for delivering as a continuous engagement for 100 hours (up to 25 – 30 days) with short gaps between trainings. [Travel/Accommodation cost can be reimbursed]

Eligibility Criteria of TCS Recruitment

Age Limit: Minimum 24 year at the time of application


Educational Qualification: Graduation or PG (any stream) from a recognized university by UGC. (Added advantage for people holding certification in NLP, IELTS, Instructional Design Training, Soft skill accreditations, etc.)

Working Experience: Preferable - have experience of 1-2 years in Employability training or Self employment training or soft skill training in Rural & semi urban environment. Also, Industry specific training at an initial learning program will be an added advantage.

Skills: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; maintain a positive and professional learning environment. Good English Communication, proficient in basic numerical and problem-solving analytics.

Proficient with MS office (Word doc, basic Excel, PPT), and collaboration tools on digital platform. Diligence in report compilations (data accuracy) writing proficiency, General Knowledge about emerging technologies / Job Market Trends.
